Well, the particular house I had previously written about is not going to work out dollar wise, but we have found another place we love on Lake George - again RIGHT ON THE WATER. When we first found it, we weren't sure. It does need some help cosmetically speaking. However the more we've thought and prayed about it, the more excited we become. And three days after finding it, the price was dropped $9000. So we have an offer in. And they have come down another $4000 in their counter-offer. We are so jazzed. Now to just sell this place...
