Well, it looks like things are on the move - we've found a house we love, we were approved this afternoon for mortgage!!!!, and our house goes on the market for the weekend. So I hope, I hope, I hope....just pray that no one gets an offer in before us. We go for a look through this weekend. Trying not to be too excited, but it's hard!!! :D
