May I Whine???

It's my blog, of course I may! And if you don't like it, well, tough.

We are not finally getting a bigger house. I am so sick of this merry-go-round.

The long version??? Nevermind.

Short version, we got approved. Three days later we were informed by our broker that she made a mistake and we were in fact approved for $45000! less. So we scramble to figure out what we're going to do. I won't go into detail of each scenario we played through. Broker went back to the lender, and because he felt bad for her, he agreed to another $25000, not quite enough. But we figured something out. Then it was still too much, so Northrup's, Maple Leaf, and all the contractors took a hit, just so we could get the house. Wasn't that nice??? BUT, the appraisal (why didn't they do this first before we got our hopes up???) came back too low. So we get nothing...

I am bummed.

And I have a migraine. Who wants my kids for a couple of days??? I need to go mope.

We got it!!!! I can't believe it but we got it!!!!

After waiting and trying patiently (and not so patiently) for a year, we finally got approved for a mortgage.

WE'RE FINALLY GETTING A BIGGER HOUSE!!!!

Oh, and Cole is potty trained too!!!!!!! Could life get any better this week??? :)

So it's been while. I know. Life gets in the way of computer time.

Well, actually by the time I have read all my e-mails and responded I have already spent far too much time on-line, and I need to get off. I should now. But this time, I will give my blog a moment.

So I'm pg. Things are good. No new house yet. Nice accountant, but frustratingly slow - is just finishing up our taxes today. Which is holding up our newest mortgage application. I HATE WAITING!!!!

Boys are good. Greg is good. Life is good.
